How length should the key be at least for WEP(64, 128bit), WPA and WPA2?

I am wondering about the wireless security key length.
Do you know about the wireless security key length?
How length is the key minimal length for WEP(64bit)? and WEP(128bit),
WPA, WPA2?
I know that the key minimal length for WEP(64bit) is 5 characters. and
WEP(128bit) is 13 characters. and then WPA and WPA2 are 8 characters.
But, I am not sure that.
If possible, could you explain that for me?

use 10 characters 0 thru 9 or letter A thru F for a 64 bit wep key.
the same is true of character use of 128bit, but then it must be 26
characters

Realistically, use WEP 64, the whole idea of cracking it is over hyped
