Internet Explorer Installed plugins

Hi,

I've been getting alot of porn popups lately to the same sites. I think one
of the "free sex toolbars" or something like it may have gotten installed on
my computer. Anyway, my question is: is there a way to see all the
installed plugins for Internet explorer ( IE6 sp1 ) and if so is there a way
to delete specific ones?
I have searched google to no avail... maybe i'm not searching for the right
stuff... :-|

TIA for any help on this.
