I notice I have nearly 40,000 temp internet files (explorer cache)on my
HD....will I have any probs if I delete them .better still would you
recommend I remove them ..BB

Remove.

Cleaned out your cache, history, temp and cookie files.
(Restart the computer first, then clean.)

Gees, lol, I clear mine daily never had more than 15 at any given time.

Control Panel | Internet Options | General tab | Delete Files (Include offline
content)

Go to tools/internet options/advanced and check the box "Empty Temporary
Internet Files folder when browser is closed.

Thanks to all for your for your help ...I have been using HD valet which
seems to be doing the trick Bob
