Popup window size?

I'm trying to open a small popup window with the following:

<SCRIPT LANGUAGE="JavaScript">
<!-- Begin
function popUp(URL) {
day = new Date();
id = day.getTime();
eval("page" + id + " = window.open(URL, '" + id +
"','toolbar=0,scrollbars=0,location=0,statusbar=0, menubar=0,resizable=0,width=150,height=30');");
}
// End -->
</script>
..
..
<A HREF="javascript:popUp('hint1.htm')">Get Hint</A>

(Code from Javascript.internet.com)

The window shows up as 150px wide and 100px high. I can make the
height *greater* than 100, but not less. What's happening?

That's a common browser limitation and there is nothing you can do about it.
Unless you want to make your own browser...

Well, don't. If I want a new window opened, I'll do it myself.
