tips for new resource planning system?
I am building a project resource planning system. It will basically allow
Project managers to allocate resources\people to certain projects and the main benefit will be the ability to look at a calendar and see where resources and under or over utilised. Does anyone have any suggestions for some good controls I could use? I cant really find a decent calendar type control that will allow "mouse over" pop ups etc. Or anyone recommend a system I can look at and get some ideas from? thanks |
