Installing .Net 1.1 SP1
 
For an Asp.Net application that was developed on .Net 1.1 after .Net
1.1 SP1 is installed, does the application need to be recompiled and/or
configured to use the newer framework?

Also can the application be reverted to using the 1.1 (non SP1) version
if issues occur?
